Our Staff
It takes a special kind of person to work at Happy Days Daycare. We hire the best-qualified and most experienced child care professionals possible. We perform background checks on all members of our staff. Fifty percent (50%) of our staff have over 3 years of child care experience. Every staff member has completed child/infant CPR and pediatric first aid . All staff must have 15 hours of continuous education each year.
Each staff is enrolled in a CDA program or earning a degree in Early Childhood educationo. We are pleased to be a participant in the Foster Grandparent Program which brings older residents of our area into our centers to participate with the children in story times, rocking time, arts & crafts and other activities.
This center is also participating in the Louisiana Quality State program.
As you might expect, our director is extremely qualified and passionate about providing the best quality daycare experience for our children.
